To add a ReCharge channel on Despatch Cloud, you must have the login credentials for it. As you can see in the picture below, there is an Access Token fields that you need to obtain from your ReCharge account.
In order to generate a Token, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your ReCharge Admin Portal.
3. Click on the "Create an API Token".
4. If you see the following message, select all three checkboxes and click "Accept".
5. In the Details section, enter a "Token nickname" and "Contact email" into their related fields.
6. In the "Permission" section, select the "Read and write access" scope permission for "Orders" and "Products".
7. Click Save to create the token.
Now you have the Access Token that you can enter in the required field to set up your ReCharge channel on Despatch Cloud.
