To set up a TikTok Shop sales channel on Channels, please follow the steps below:
1. Click the "Settings" button in the bottom left corner of the screen after logging into Despatch Cloud.
2. In the Settings menu, navigate to the "Sales Channels" section and select the integration you want to install.
3. From the list of available sales channel integrations, select the TikTok Shop option.
4. Fill in the fields as shown below:
Name: In the provided field, you can enter any name you desire. However, it is recommended to choose a name that has meaning to you, such as "TikTok Shop", as it will serve as an apparent reference for the source of the order in the future.
5. Once the channel is created successfully, you will receive a message confirming this on the top-right corner of your screen.
6. Upon creating the channel. you will be redirected to the details of the channel you've just created. Click the "Connect Channel" button as highlighted in the picture below.
7. If you are logged in to your TikTok Shop account, you will be redirected to the page below; if not, you will be asked to log in first and then redirected afterwards.
Please select your region, and then click on the “Next” button to continue.
Click on the checkbox and then click on ”Authorize” to continue.
8. After the last step, your TikTok Shop sales channel is added and connected successfully.
