How to Setup a Courier

To set up a courier within Despatch Cloud and enable that courier, as well as add the courier services from the presets list, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the "Settings" menu and select "Courier Integrations." This is the page that displays a list of couriers that are connected to our API.

4. Fill out the required fields, including the "Name" and "Auth Company" fields, which will automatically fill out. Make sure to set the "Test Account" field accordingly. If you are in testing mode, mark it as "Yes," and if you are in live mode, leave it as "No." Then, when you set up a live account, you should set it as "No." Enter your "Username," "Password," and "Account no" from your DPD account and ensure that these credentials are correct.

Note: The information and credentials required may vary depending on the courier you are installing.
