To set up an Amazon SP API sales channel on Despatch Cloud, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Click the "Settings" button in the bottom left corner of the screen.


2. In the Settings menu, navigate to the "Sales Channels" section and select the integration you want to install.


3. From the list of available sales channel integrations, select the Amazon SP API option.


4. In the form that appears, you will need to fill out several fields:


  • The "Name" field is where you can give the channel a name that will be meaningful to you. For example, you could name it "Amazon Channel" or "Amazon Channel UK" so that you can easily identify where orders came from in the future. Please make sure your channel name is unique and haven't been used before in any other channel.
  • The "Marketplace ID" field refers to the country where your Amazon account is registered. Select the country where you are selling your product on Amazon.
  • The "Fulfilment Channels" field is a filter that allows you to control which orders are taken via Despatch Cloud. For example, if you don't want to receive AFN orders, you can deselect that option.
  • The "MFN (Merchant Fulfillment Network)" field refers to Amazon's Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) term, which is a sales method where a seller sells an item to an Amazon store but manages all warehousing, shipping, and customer support independently.
  • The "AFN (Amazon Fulfillment Network)" field refers to a sales method where a seller stores some of the items or part of the item's stock at Amazon and whenever a product is ordered, the shipping process is carried out automatically by Amazon.


5. Once you have filled out the form, click the "Submit" button.


If the channel is created successfully, you will receive a message confirming this on the top-right corner of your screen.


6. To connect the channel, the next step is to click on the link icon button, as shown in the picture on the redirected page.


7. If you haven't logged in to your Amazon seller account before, you'll need to sign in to your account.


If you are already logged in, you will be directed to the next step.


8. On the next page, select your Amazon account and marketplace and click on the "Select Account" button.


9. Select the checkbox to authorize Despatch Cloud (Channel API) and click on "Confirm".


10. Wait for the authorization process to complete.


Once you see the message indicating that your Amazon channel has been added and connected successfully, you're done and can begin using it.
