• Despatch Cloud Ltd has recently updated its software to provide an improved experience for its users. With this update, our customers can create custom fields for orders without hassle. Fulfilment customers can also seamlessly view an order's return history.
• Inventory linking has been improved to ensure that archived SKUs are not linked to channels, preventing inventory synchronisation issues. In addition, the software now allows our customers to archive SKUs via the general inventory upload, making the inventory management process even more efficient.
• In addition, we have added the ability to the settings/label file to allow the printing of a second label, i.e. dangerous goods. Overall, this update ensures our customers have a seamless experience using Despatch Cloud software.
