B2B Wave Setup Guide

To set up an B2B Wave sales channel on Despatch Cloud, you will need to follow these steps:

Obtaining the API keys from B2B Wave

1. Login to your B2B Wave account through your company URL.

It should look like the following: (the hostname section should be replaced with your registered company name on the B2B Wave platform.)


2. Upon logging in, click the "Settings" button to expand the menu, then click the "Profile" button through to left-bottom side of the screen on the left-bottom side of the screen.


3. Head into the "API configuration" tab to view your "App Code" and "API Token." Please note them down so we can use them during our installation in the next step.


Installing the B2B Wave Sales Channel

1. Click the "Settings" button in the bottom left corner of the screen after logging into Despatch Cloud.


2. In the Settings menu, navigate to the "Sales Channels" section and select the integration you want to install.


3. From the list of available sales channel integrations, select the B2B Wave option.


4. In the form that appears, you will need to fill out several fields:


The "Name" field is where you can enter a unique identifier for your store. This name will be used to distinguish it from any other stores you may have.

The "Hostname" field is where you should enter the name of your store, as it will appear in the URL. Such as "".

For the "App Code" and "API Token" sections, please enter the information obtained from the B2B Wave platform, as previously shown. It is essential to ensure that these fields are filled in correctly to access your account.

5. Once you have filled out all the relevant fields, click the "Submit" button. 


Once the channel is created successfully, you will receive a message confirming this on the top-right corner of your screen.
