Listing Orders

To list the orders, you must go to an account and display the settings. After logging in to your account, please click on "Accounts" on the left bar. Then, please select the account you would like to display and click on "Settings" on the right side.

Please click on "Orders" through the top setting bar to list all the orders on your account. Here on this screen, you can search orders by ID (the ID is listed right at the beginning of each order entry) and list all the orders you shipped on our other platforms. 

Each order has the following information:

• Order ID: A unique ID is given to each order.
• Name: Name of the customer.
• Email: Email address of the customer.
• Free Label: If a free return is added to one or more items in the order, they will appear in that column.
• Created: Order creation date.
• Action: Lists available actions for the order.
  
  • View Order: It takes you to a new screen where you can handle the return process.
  • Create Free Label: It brings a pop-up screen where you can select a free return for the items in that order.
