Returning Orders

Head to your account's orders tab, and click on "View Order" on the order you want to start processing.

You will be welcomed by this screen, where you can select the items you want to start the return process for and select which shipping service you want to use for them.

If you click on "Return this item" and select an item, you can choose a reason for return through a drop-down list. Once you select an item and the shipping service, you can continue forward by clicking the "Request Return" button.

Once you request the return, you can start the packaging preparations and print the label for the package. The "View Label" button prints it in 6x4 size. As for the "View QR Code", this is useful if you don't have a printer and can't print the label. You can generate the QR code and scan it at the post office for them to print the label out for you.

Important: The QR Code is specific to Royal Mail and won't be available if you select Hermes as your shipping method.

If you're unsure about the location of the nearest post office, you can use the "Find your nearest Post Office" button to locate it.

Creating Free Labels

Head to your account's orders tab, and click on "Create Free Label" on the order you want to start processing.

Upon clicking the button, this pop-up screen will open and allow you to select a free return for the desired product.

Once we choose trousers and continue, we can see that it's a free return in the system now, with the quantity and the SKU name.

If you click on "View Order" on this screen, you can see that the item "Trousers" are now eligible for a free return.
