Opening a Support Ticket

We are exclusively accepting support tickets submitted directly from within your Despatch Cloud product account. As a result, tickets opened via email will not be addressed.

Action Needed: To get assistance with your request, please resubmit your ticket directly through your Despatch Cloud product account.

Shipping (formerly Courier API)

1. Login to the product and from the main menu select "Help & Documentation".

2. Once on the Help & Documentation page click on "Get in touch" at the bottom.

3. This will then load the account support form. 

Channels (formerly Channel API)

1. Login to the product and from the main menu select "Helpdesk".

Orders

1. Login to the product and from the top menu select the support icon.

Warehousing 3.6/3.5

1. Login to the product and from the top menu select your name and then "support".
