Overview

The dashboard is the central control hub, providing a comprehensive overview of your platform's general status and allowing efficient monitoring and management of orders, shipments, and critical processes.

Dashboard

Welcome to the dashboard, the central hub of your platform, where you'll be greeted upon logging in. To revisit it anytime, click the "Dashboard" button in the left-hand menu. Here, you'll find an overview of your platform's general status, with detailed explanations for each section:

  • Search Orders: Located at the top of the screen, the search bar lets you quickly locate orders using various criteria such as order ID, postcode, or email address. General Settings allow customisation to extend this search functionality to your inventory.
  • Draft: View orders that are incomplete, not yet ready for shipment, or manually imported and awaiting review.
  • On Hold: This status is for orders that can't be processed for various reasons, including insufficient stock. Users can't dispatch orders directly from this status.
  • Despatch Ready: Identify orders that are prepared and ready for processing and shipment.
  • Printed: Track orders are in the processing stage but have yet to be packed.
  • Packing: Monitor orders loaded into the packing terminal, awaiting shipment.
  • Label Error: Identify orders that failed to have a shipment booked.
  • Ontime: Indicates orders successfully delivered within the expected timeframe, meeting the specified delivery schedule.
  • Late: Highlights orders that were delivered outside the designated timeframe, signalling a delay in the delivery process.
  • Booked: Designates orders successfully scheduled and booked for shipment, awaiting further processing.
  • Collected: Marks orders picked up or collected from the designated location, initiating the shipping process.
  • At Hub: Indicates orders that have reached a central hub or distribution centre, awaiting further sorting and transportation.
  • In Transit: Signifies orders currently en route to their destination, actively moving through the shipping network.
  • Out For Delivery: Designates orders in the final delivery stage and are currently out for delivery to the recipient.
  • Failed Attempt: Highlights orders where delivery attempts were unsuccessful, typically due to recipient unavailability or other delivery challenges.
  • On Hold / Issue: Flags orders that are temporarily suspended or encounter issues requiring additional attention or resolution before proceeding with the dispatch.
  • Address Issue: Identifies orders with address-related problems, such as incomplete or incorrect address details, necessitating verification or correction.
  • Returned to Sender: Marks orders that were undeliverable and subsequently returned to the sender, often due to address issues or delivery challenges.
  • Shipments Total: Get an overview of the total shipments processed through your platform, including details of shipments generated today.

Clicking on each stat takes you to the orders page with the corresponding status filter already applied to streamline your order search and management process.
